What do I do if I have a problem with the goods
?
In the first instance, please contact the numbers provided above remembering
to have your PC specifications to hand. We will try and deal with your
issue within 48 hours.
How are the goods delivered ?
If you order software or DVD's they packaged in dvd-box, plastic jewel
cases or slip case but definitely in a way that it can be posted through
your mail box, avoiding the need for you to stay in for special deliveries.
Larger deliveries will be despatched by courier requiring signature.
What happens if I don't receive the order within
14 working days ?
In the unlikely event of the Software being shipped but not delivered
within 14 working days, please contact 08700 240 650 between 9:30am and 5:00pm,
Monday to Friday. You will be asked to confirm non-delivery ( possibly
in writing ) and then the re-order will be shipped to you by recorded
mail.
I have a problem accessing the site or completing my details or get an
enable cookies error?
· Your Browser settings are not correct
All active content sites on the internet require cookies to be enabled
in your browser, cookies are enabled by default. They must have been disabled.
There is no choice if you wish to use active sites - Cookies must be enabled

Go to the Tools Menu and choose Internet Options. Choose the SECURITY
tab and change the level to Medium

Go to the View Menu and choose Internet Options. Choose the ADVANCED tab
Look for COOKIES in the SECURITY section. Double click cookies and choose
Always Accept Cookies
· If you are using Netscape
Go to the Edit Menu and choose Preferences. Click on Advanced and make
sure there is a dot in the box beside 'Accept all Cookies'
· If you are using Netscape and keep seeing

You could see this page repeatedly even though you have set the 'Accept
all Cookies' option. Netscape can do this is you have one or more cookies
from any web site which is corrupt. You would not know that a cookie is
corrupt but it would cause your Netscape browser to not recognize any

· If you are using Netscape 4.0 - 4.5
These early version 4 editions of the netscape browser do not correctly
recognize cookies. We can only suggest that you upgrade your browser to
the latest version of netscape to solve this issue. Visit Netscape at

What about Security ?
We use Barclaycard ePDQ, the World leader in secure online credit/debit card
transactions. All credit card numbers are encrypted using at least 128-bit
encryption. As well as this most credit/debit card companies provide cover
against credit card fraud.
